What items are returnable?

You can return your items within 14 days of receipt of your shipment.

• They must be in original condition
• For clothing, unwashed and unworn
• In the original packaging

Faulty Goods:

You have 14 days to contact us regarding a faulty product,  beyond this time we cannot offer you an exchange or refund.

The cost of return postage is payable by the customer, unless we have sent something to you in error. 

Refunds will be made within 7 days to the original payment method.
